Damn Good Wings

These crispy baked wings are slathered in a dangerously delicious concoction of spices that'll ignite your senses and leave you craving more.  A flavor explosion so intense, it's practically illegal – a tantalizing tango of sweet, savory, and smoky heat that'll have your taste buds begging for mercy (but in a good way).  Baked to a golden, irresistible crisp, these wings deliver juicy, tender meat encased in a satisfying crunch that'll have you licking your fingers...and maybe other things.  Prepare for a taste experience so good, it's downright dirty...and he'll be so grateful, the rewards will be well worth it.

Side effects may include uncontrollable moaning, sudden urges to lick plates clean, and an insatiable desire for more...because these wings are packed with flavor. Whether you're feeling a little "
Hey Papasito," ready to "Cock-a-doodle-drool," looking for a good "Booty Rub," or just want some "Mother Cluckins" good wings, we've got you covered.  Just be prepared for the very satisfying after-effects.

Instructions

  • Get Hot: Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C). Grab a rimmed baking sheet and its matching rack – because we're fancy like that. Line the sheet with foil (easy cleanup is sexy) and give the rack a spritz of oil. Nobody likes sticky wings (unless we're talking about other things...).
  • Get Your Groove On: Unleash the flavor! Pour your favorite Spicy Rack Wingin' It Blend into a small bowl.
  • Get Dry: Pat those wings dry with a paper towel. Trust me, this is crucial. No one likes soggy wings (again, unless we're talking about...nevermind). Crispy is the name of the game.
  • Get Rubbed: Toss those naked wings into a big bowl. Drizzle with your oil of choice (vegetable, olive, avocado, grapeseed – whatever gets you hot) and get those wings coated. Now, sprinkle on your chosen spice blend (from our Wing-It Collection, of course!). Get your hands dirty and massage that rub all over those wings. Every nook and cranny. Don't be shy.
  • Get Spaced: Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet. Give them a little breathing room – they need space to get their crispy on. Think of it as social distancing for deliciousness.
  • Get Baked: Bake for 45 minutes, or until those wings are cooked through (165°F internal temp – use a meat thermometer, safety first, people) and the skin is sizzling. You’ll know they’re ready when they’re golden brown and crispy AF.

A big shout-out to Alexa @ Key to my Lime, you're the real MVP. Thanks for keeping this recipe so simple, even we couldn't mess it up. You came up with the process, we changed the flavor!
