Order Tracking and Delivery
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your spice adventure.
Delivery times vary based on shipping method and destination. You'll see estimated delivery times at checkout. Please note, sometimes even the fastest courier can get caught in a traffic jam.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Don't worry, we'll work our magic to resolve any issues. Just contact us right away.
Shipping Address and Policy Changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We want your spice blends to reach their destination, not get lost in the mail.
We may occasionally update our shipping policy. Any changes will be posted on our website.
Refund Policy
Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of our spice blends, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
We're happy to replace any wrong items or damaged shipments! Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at Hello@SpicyRack.com if there's an issue.
Once your replacement is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time by your bank or credit card company.
